Harry Potter

Professor Quirinus Quirrell was the nervous and stuttering Defence Against the Dark Arts professor during Harry Potter's first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He was known for wearing a turban, which he claimed he received from a Romanian vampire, though its true purpose was to conceal Lord Voldemort's face on the back of his head.

Prior to teaching at Hogwarts, Quirrell was a Muggle Studies professor. He took a sabbatical to seek out experience, which led him to encounter a weakened Voldemort. Driven by a desire for power and recognition, Quirrell willingly submitted to becoming a host for the Dark Lord.

Throughout the school year, Quirrell acted on Voldemort's behalf, attempting to steal the Philosopher's Stone. He faced opposition from Harry Potter and his friends, ultimately leading to a confrontation in the Mirror of Erised chamber. During this encounter, Quirrell was defeated by Harry's protection due to his mother's love, and Voldemort abandoned his body, resulting in Quirrell's death.
